The Prrem’s Story (PT. 1)

What’s not to miss about winter? Hot mugs of coffee combined with cosy sweaters, blankets and maybe a movie marathon or two- giving up all of these in place of the approaching summer is something I regretfully do, every year. I miss it so much that if the temperature drops even 2 degrees, out come the sweaters. Come summer, and all the shops do away with their winter stock leaving lovers of cold like me fumbling. Prrem’s Winter Wear Store, however, is just that- a winter wear store, all throughout the year. It’s wonderful to be able to walk in and purchase a sweater any time I want- yes, I said walk in, because the initially Bombay based Prrem’s has now opened its first store in Koramangala, Bengaluru! I’ve styled two scarves from their collection- an aztec print scarf and an infinity scarf(which, I confess, I have never used before.)

LOOK 1 | MAXED UP

Prrem’s aztec print scarf is lightweight but keeps you warm just the same. A riot of colours, the scarf makes an accessory on its own, leaving you free to dress down, and then amp it up with the scarf. Tie it in different ways, or simply wrap it around your neck- this scarf is a win-win anyway!

LOOK 2 | CASUAL DAY OUT

I’ve styled the infinity scarf as a basic throw on scarf, perfect for those quick errands you need to run when the weather’s a bit chilly. It’s made of wool, and keeps your neck super warm and cosy at all times. Wrap it tighter if the weather’s nippy, or leave it loose as a style statement.

Stay tuned for Part 2 of the PRREM’S collab featuring a lovely sweater, again from their winter collection! Be sure to check out Prrem’s online, and their store in Koramangala.
