Beauty Without Bunnies

I’ve always been an animal lover, but I’m guilty to say that in this consumerist race I’ve often gone in for products that I find, after some horrifying research, had been made perfect after multiple tests on little bunnies, dogs and heaven knows what other creatures.

Recently, CUPA released a huge group of beagles from testing labs, and their plight broke my heart. At long last, my family and I have now decided to actively wean ourselves off products that test on animals, and embrace Beauty Without Bunnies. You can too!

Here’s a list of 5 beauty brands that are actively cruelty-free.

I recently tried out a Biotique scrub after the longest time, and not only does it work wonders, it’s also cruelty free!

Though a little on the expensive side, The Body Shop products are cruelty-free and smells heavenly too.

We’ve all heard of Vicco some time or the other, or we’ve got that ridiculous jingle stuck in our head. All said and done though, Vicco is cruelty-free, organic and vegan.

Your favourite clothing store is cruelty-free too! Try out H&M beauty and skin care products.

A relatively unknown brand, Root Bazaar is organic, handmade and so so nice to use. Invest in a tub of rub-on deodorant (yep, it’s a thing) and see magic at work!
